I bought 2 gaming chairs from them for 163.86 order number GC1726 on March 19th even paid for express shipping. Received a text message with a link to my receipt but the link no longer works. I have emailed them many times but haven’t heard from them.

I also order a chair on March 16th and received 1 stupid wheel on April 20th. I am beyond outraged how low can some people go. I've tried emailing them several time. I thought the tracking number looked a little fishy.

I've ordered March 15, 2021, since it has been sitting in China? I requested a refund but didn't hear back from them so I left more messages that I need my refund, still no messages back! I tried to go on their website to see where the package is at, but it shows that its error!

I ordered a chair 3/12/21. Got a confirmation text from a phone number out for Los Angeles then 2 days later got a text that it shipped from that same number. There is no way to track your package or get a hold of the company. The phone number on their website is out of Canada and will ring to then only go to a busy signal. After calling many times my call was blocked and would no longer go through. My package shipped from China. It was also delivered yesterday and nothing arrived. This company is a SCAM! The whole website needs to be taken down! I got a message from my bank fraud department after the purchase asking if I made it and ironically after that purchase my debit card was used for fraudulent purchases all over the world that I of course did not authorize. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After waiting for a month, with no email updates, I get notified that my chair has been delivered, however I did not receive a chair but just ONE WHEEL OF THE CHAIR
I've been trying to contact the company for a month and even now but with no response, I say we unite and burn this company further! Who's with me?!

This company sold me a gaming chair and even sent an order comformation. They did not,however, send me a product or return any emails or phone calls requesting a shipping update or refund. I asked for cancelation of the order and again no response. I found their facebook page and they are deleting all posts concerning them being a scam site.
