I purchased this gaming system online via their website on December 16th 2024. Upon purchasing I never received an email confirmation of my order nor did I receive an email with tracking info. After two weeks I tried to contact them via phone, which is out of service, by email, which they never replied, they also have a live chat option on the website that’s never available. I then contacted PayPal. A few hours later I received an email with a tracking number. 17 days have passed and it hasn’t still hasn’t shipped. It still says shipping label created. No way to contact them. Tracking number below.
