I went to their website to buy a product and I paid for it and additionally paid for 4-7 business day delivery. I paid for my order on June 6th. I emailed them asking what was going on with my order on June 21st. I have never received a reply from them to this date on Thursday June, 25th 2020 at 4:07pm. I am so disgusted that the business has not contacted me in more than 24-48 business hours. There also is no phone number to contact their customer service department or any one that works for this business. There is no information on how this business was created, who the company's president or CEO is, nothing to prove that this a legitimate business.

It is now December of 2019. I had my grandmother order a $60 onesie for my boyfriend, who was really excited about getting one, from GamerExclusive.com 6 or more months ago. It was never shipped to my location and I have tried contacting Gamer Exclusive many times with no response.

Not worth ordering anything from them if you will pay high prices and not even get your product.

Purchased a Gaming Onesie from these guys and was charged for it and it was n ever delivered and there is no response from them after months of trying. Beware they are a RIPOFF.

Saw a sponsored ad on Facebook for a gaming onesie. Was hesitant to purchase one, but it seemed legit. Saw comments at the time about people getting theirs. According to their site they take 7-10 business days. I ordered on Jan 1st, 2019. It's now Feb 5th. I've contacted them at the email address listed on their Facebook page and website and never heard back. They took the payment out day one.

I purchased one of the Gamer Exclusive custom onsies during their Black Friday sale. I received an email saying my order was being processed. There was an order number included with the email. I tried to track the order through the website, but it forced me to a login screen. I don't have a profile so I tried to register one. However no matter what I did, the website kept circling me back to the login screen. There was no option to register even though there were links to a supposed registration screen. I then emailed [email protected] asking for an update on my order and detailing the issue on their website. They have not responded to my attempts to contact them.
