Type of a scam Online Purchase
I wrote the customer service department and received a letter back that was very rude and accussed me of trying to scam them. The stated that the original logitech camera I thought I was ordering was out of stock, and there was a drop down menu. I did not click any drop down menu when placing my order. And when I tried to go back and look for the product offered, it was taken off their website.
They actually replied twice to me, and got very rude in their response stating that at least three other people had to tried to receive the same camera that was stated as out of stock according to them. What I ordered was listed at a sale price and not listed as out of stock at all. I click that I read all their terms and conditions before accepting them and placing my order, because i thought I was getting what I went to their website from a google search to purchase. I am out two weeks of work because of this, and have actually lost more then just the purchase price because of this. I can also attach the emails they sent me in response if you give me an email to send them too.
