I purchased an account from this website and was delivered the wrong account, I requested either a refund or to swap the account for the one I purchased and was ignored and banned from their discord when I tried to approach them through that channel.

I then did a charge back through my bank due to the seller avoiding me, and have since received harassing and threatening emails from their customer support email.
