I hired GameZilla Game Truck for my son's birthday on 4/17.
The owner Laquinta "Quinten" Smith came to my house and picked up the $100 deposit on March 25th. I reached out Tuesday before the party to ensure we were confirmed. Which he assured me, we were.
45 mins before the party started, he called me and said his game truck had been broken into and that he would not be coming.
At first I was empathetic to Quinten's situation. If he returned my deposit, it could be water under the bridge. However, he has yet to return my money and stopped replying to my texts. After looking into the situation deeper, he seems to be scamming folks all over the MidSouth, per the Google reviews.
When you look up "game trucks memphis" - his is one of the first that pops up and I'd like warn others not to use him or his company EVER!!
