Ordered a set of magnetic playing cards in mid-July. Received an email indicating the order was on hold until payment was received, but credit card info I provided is accurate. I emailed back to indicate as much, and haven't heard anything since, nor has the product shown up. To this point my credit card has not been charged, but I have notified American Express of the incident.

Previosuly checked if item was in stock, as it seemed like a small business. They said it was. Completed an order the next day, and one day after that woke up to a “your order has been refunded” email. Went on their website chat again, and asked for clarification. They said “let us ckeck and we’ll update you”, and then never wrote anything else, just left me hanging. I went online to check the emails and got several scam alerts for the emailer (the email is not on their website, but can be seen in the reply to on the “refund” email). I also read reviewers for this business on the BBB, with same issue. As for them, my refund is also “pending”.

Please take down these scammers. In the current economy, its not fair to consumers who have saved their hard earned money, who are just looking to save money, to be scammed like this.

Fake website with incredibly low prices. Looks legit. Phone number and messaging does not work. I had over $400 worth of stuff in my cart and decided to do my research first because the prices on what I was going to purchase really was “too good to be true”.

I was searching for puzzles online. One of the sites that popped up was ganbino.com, which appeared to have the puzzles I wanted at

a reasonable price. The website looked legitimate, and it was on a secure server, so I continued with my purchase. That was on Monday, 23 May 2022. I checked my bank account, and the money was deducted at the time of order. The following morning, I received an email stating my order was cancelled and money refunded (which it was). The cancellation notification did not list any reason for the order being cancelled, so I did a little digging. First off, the full name of the company is Ganbino Handyman Services LLC. That is not apparent on the website when ordering. In the google search results, it takes you to the "shop" section of the website and you cannot see the entire name of the company. I then looked up the address of the company, and there is no such address is Tampa. There is a 6914 and a 6918, but no 6916. Since I did get my money refunded, there has not been a crime at this point. However, they do now have all of my banking info and can go after money down the road. I am very concerned about this and believe that this company is a complete scam.

I am disappointed with this experience

I order my sentimental london jigsaw puzzle and pay it. In the previous status said stock arrived then when I checked it again its cancelled now and refunded.
