On July 9, 2020 I purchased Lysol products and $57.00 was deducted from my Cash app account that same day. As of today, 10/08/20. I have not received my product and no notice as to when it will be shipped. Can someone please enlighten me to what to do next.

Hi! I place an order with Gao Lu and I haven't receive my order yet . I place my order on July 9, 2020 on line with www. cleanula.com for Lysol disinfectant spray and wipes for the amount was $50.68. I have not received any products or any notice as to when will be it shipped. I have the following information of my order.

I ordered $73 worth of Lysol products from this company and never received them. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they said the case was closed. So I can’t even file another dispute. I tried calling them and they basically hung up on me. Any suggestions on how to report this?

Like all the other posts I purchased $64.14 worth of Lysol products back on Jul. 11th. I was charged that amount the same day. I have not yet received anything so I am filing the complaint, will be contacting PayPal, and also my bank.

On July 9, 2020 I purchased Lysol products and $61.30 was deducted from my paypal account that same day. As of today, 08/15/20, i have not received any product nor any notice as to when it will be shipped. I am going to contact Paypal and try to get a return of my money. This is fraud.

I placed an order on line July 9, 2020 to Gao Lu for 8 cans of Lysol and to date I have not received them. My checking account was charged for the full amount of $50.24.I have reported this to my bank and they have reversed my payment. This is a Fraud. I do not have a Paypal account so the money was automatically removed. Paypal should not assist Gao Lu in defrauding people.

I also place an order of Lysol products on July 9, 2020 and as of today July 28, 2020, I have not received my order. I have sent many emails requesting a status for delivery, but have never received a reply for Gao Lu or anyone. Below is what was in the email that was sent back to me for confirmation of my order:

You have authorized a payment of $59.10 USD to Gao Lu(). Money won't leave your account until Gao Lu processes your order.

They got my money and I got NOTHING. SCAM

After I placed the order I received an email from service @ PayPal.com. stating that I authorized payment to GAO LU in the amount $50.10 and money won't leave my account until GAO LU processes my order. I check my account ainstead of taking $63.96 that person took $73.00 out my account . I wanted to know if anybody know what to do . Thanks

On July 9, 2020, I placed an order on line at www.cleanula.com for Lysol disinfectant spray in the amount $50.10. After I placed the order I received an email from service @ PayPal.com. stating that I authorized payment to GAO LU in the amount $50.10 and money won't leave my account until GAO LU processes my order. When I called my credit card company they say that the payment is in pending.

The next day. I read that the company was a SCAM. I called PayPal customer service no one answered.

I have sent messages to PayPal asking that they cancel the order and Do Not pay GAO LU and that it is a SCAM. I have sent messages and email to PayPal every day.
