Thought it was a factory gap store and was ordering clothes for my children. It came across as an ad on Instagram. Once I ordered and got the confirmation is when I realize it was indeed not the actual gap store. So, I waited a month to see if it would arrive as they proved me with a tracking #. The package did not arrive. I emailed and got a response that they would try and resend the package. I got a new email with a new tracking. The same happened and the package never arrived. I emailed a second time and they offered me a 60% refund (which at the time I thought was better than nothing at the time.) I have still not receive the package or any type of refund. My original order was place in May and every month since I have emailed and they tell me they will process me a refund, which I still have not received. I just emailed them this week and got the same response that they are trying to process my refund and they appreciate my patience.

They make it seem like they're the Gap clothing site. Their logo and everything on it.
