I recieved an email (fake) from someone I know that friend of theirs was looking for a remote personal assistant. I am actively searching for jobs so I sent her "friend" a cover letter and resume via email. Eventually we started texting bc he was going to "hire" me and I gave him a photo of my drivers license, my adress and some personal information per his request that I fill out a job application as well. Then the next thing he asked me was for all of my banking information and I realized he was scamming me. I accused him of scamming me via text message and he never replied.
