I just took over doing the bills in our house hold two months ago. I noticed a company charging us 37$ dollars a month. My husband and I did not know the company and did not recall ordering anything from them. My I immediately called the bank. They gave me the companies telephone number. I spoke to them and told them exactly what was going on and asked why we were being charged 37$ and how they received our banking information. They said that they were a company that sold diet supplements, and that we signed up for their savings club. I asked for details on this "savings club". She explained to me that it was a membership that saved me on the cost of the products and savings. I told her that I never signed up for such membership. She explained that I did after placing an order! I then asked what product did she have record of me ordering?! She responded with a MP3 player!!! I told her I dont own a MP3 player, I dont want an MP3 player, I havent received an MP3 and asked why anyone would order an MP3 player from a diet supplement company?! She then responded that it was a free gift for joining this savings club. I told her yet again that I did not receive a MP3 player. Nor did I sign up for this progam, or order anything from this company that would prompt them to sell me a membership. I asked for a full refund on all of the money I have been charged. She told me that she could only give me one months worth of a refund. I was told a manager would call me back, and I am patiently waiting for that call. I am still confused to how this company received my banking account information!!!
