I had ordered this product and another product they had on the website both as "samples" just to pay shipping and handling and no where on the site did it say it was a 14 day trial when I ordered it and no where in the email order confirmation I received does it mention anything about a 14 day trial.It needs to be clearly stated that it was a trial and that I had to cancel within the 14 days or my card would be charged. I didn't order on a 14 trial and my confirmation does not specify that in any way. I never do the free trials because I dont want to have to call and cancel them. Today my credit card was charged $*** and $*** without authorization. I emailed and called the company. They say the have now cancelled my trial and I wont be charged any more. They offered a 35% refund and said the there was a link on the website that you had to click and it explained about the 14 day trial. That is sneaky and a scam as far as Im concerned. No one can see that link and they dont mention the 14 free trial at all on the actual page you order from. Any help getting my money back is appreciate and also stopping this company from doing this because I now seen that I am not the only person it has happened to. Thank you and have a great day.
