I was offered employment by GardaWorld security. The terms were gray area, but due to lack of jobs in the area I decided to give this company a try. While working for this company, I was subjected to discrimination and lack of accommodations. I was let go due to pregnancy related illnesses. I was told I was fired over the phone of an employee. The worst part of it all is that this company takes taxes from my check for Missouri. Which I never worked or lived in Missouri, They take taxes for licenses that I already obtained prior for working for this company, They don’t document accurate hours, and they have unfair working conditions. By far the most unprofessional company I ever worked for.
