SCAM ALERT

I ordered Snoop on a Stoop via FB ads. I received order confirmation and tracking number. I checked today to see when it would be delivered and it was a phony UPS tracking number. I tried to go to their website to check status and the website has been shut down!

WHAT A ROTTEN SCAM MY ONLINE PURCHASE BECAME. I saw the ad on Facebook and was so impressed with the beauty of the Christmas wreaths, I ordered 3, and paid via PayPal. When they arrived, I was somewhere between extreme sadness and the high road of anger. I should have cancelled the order immediately when I discovered it was a CHINA company. Their AD on Facebook was so inviting, I ordered without thinking, for sure. I searched for info and found comments from others in my stage of anger and ignorance. One person had posted the reply she received from Garden Century. I then sent them an email strongly stating my disappointment and that I did not believe their "supplier" conned them. I firmly believe this was a planned SCAM and they should be held liable. I would bet my bottom dollar they continued to take orders after many of their "wreathes" had been shipped to the unsuspecting buyer. The seller has offered me a 10% refund if I agree to keep the items, or I can pay the return shipping costs. I am going to file complaints with Facebook, my credit card company, and Paypal. I do not intend to ask them to cover my losses, but recommend they put Garden Century on their SCAMMERS list. Thank you.

I also believed in this company. I read the reviews and trusted them. I expected to receive the wreaths that were advertised. I also received the ones on hard cardboard. I called American Express right away and they are researching the incident. I learned a good lesson never to buy anything advertised on Face Book. CROOKS!

I ALSO SAW THE AD SAYING...due to the covid, the company was going out of business and was offering all merchandise at 50% discount. Showing beautiful wreaths. I ordered 2 one red wreath with red bulbs and poinsetta and the truck one. They took the money from my acct that same day then tried to tell me I left it in my cart. So they must think we are stupid to fall for that so they could take another$35.80. What I got was same printed pictures of wreaths on hardened cardboard. What a scam!

Seller clain they were going out of business and selling their beautiful Christmas wreaths. They showed a large wreath hanging on a door. The wreath was large and very pretty. I received a card board cut out of a wreath. The item was ugly and useless. Thisvisca scam let's shut them down!!

I responded to a advertisement on facebook that stated that due to the covid, the company was going out of business and was offering all merchandise at 50% discount. They showed different actual wreaths being held by people. The wreaths were offered at the reduced price of $19.89 each. I purchased three On 10/27/1921 at the total price of $50.72. This amount was charged on my VISA debit card on 10/28/1921.I received the merchandise on 12/04/1921. The merchandise was not as advertised. Instead of receiving actual wreaths, I received printed pictures of wreaths on hardened cardboard. I believe this to be false advertisement intended to scam people who were thinking that they would receive actual wreaths.

I was scrolling through Facebook and I saw an ad for beautiful wreaths. I clicked on the link, and it took me to their online store. This was on November 3rd, so I placed an order for a fall wreath and a Christmas wreath. I didn’t receive the order until December 4th, and they aren’t wreaths at all! They are cardboard cutouts of wreaths! I can’t find a phone number or address for the company, only an email address.

Ordered a wagon wheel wreath online from this business and never received an email order confirmation or a screen confirmation notification. Was in contact with customer service from October 27 brought November 7. The business couldn’t find my order and asked me for all kinds of information about the order , which I provided and even charged my card, all the service said was we couldn’t find your order.

I ended the email with calling my CC company and stated I had been scammed out of products and was charged for the product
