This person is creating fake Ragdoll Cattery websites and I only realized this by googling his number. When you click to purchase a cat he will inform you to send money to his email not phone number. As soon as I did this, I stumbled upon (scampulse.com) where he had created a website (Blue Eyed Temptations) using the same phone number and had scammed tons of others out of a kitten (same kitten-Kiki). As soon as he is caught he will shut down the one website and then create a new website, change his alias name and email to send money. The only way to link this man is to google his number (415)-735-9322. He will text you a fake tracking number using dreamlinecarriers.com (another scam service) where they will try to charge you $999.00 for a crate to send your animal. Scampulse reports some people paid that additional money. He went by the name Rocard Mbianda but I am sure this name will change again as he gets caught on the website above. This is a multi-state issue, so make sure to report this if you are scammed to the FBI IC3 group to catch him. His fake contract he sends you lists Garden of Ragdolls based out of San Francisco, California. He also puts a license number of #E524513576 on his contact.
