I ordered a soil tiller and never got it?

I saw the add on Yahoo about this soil tiller and I ordered it and paid by Credit Card.
First, I never got receipt or confirmation and sent an email and Allina (customer service) responded and gave me a tracking number (LR046410537CN) which can never work. Now I have been trying to contact and no one responding, looks like a scam. I am surprised that Yahoo puts up such scam adds?

The shop popped up on my Facebook page. It seemed like a great deal. I ordered 2 kids water jumper/slides because if you order 2 you get a discount. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive the items. I have sent them multiple e-mails with no response. I am now going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That was the other thing. They charged me before shipping. Usually, businesses do not charge until the product is shipped.
