The scam artist changed their name to thomasteddybearfamily.com

I was so excited when I discovered this website for a Shichon puppy. The name of the website is now called thomasteddybearfamily.com
I express interest and indicated that I was interested in a puppy. A couple of hours passed and I received a confirmation from elite chihuahuas. Then I received a text from someone name Thomas Kaje most likely a fake name. He then emailed me a contract and told me to complete it so I did then he said it would by 700 plus 200 because the puppy had to be shipped from Montana. I asked him if I could pay for shipping and pay the remaining once I receive the puppy. He text me back saying I need to pay 400 through Zelle or Apple Pay I told him I had cash app he said ok so I sent him $400. I asked him to send me the shipping info he agreed to send it by the next day. I have not heard from him since. My phone number is 12403541004 if I can be of any assistance. Scam Dog Breeder

I thought they were legit based upon all of the conversations and text messages but they are a scam and work with another group to get additional money out of you for shipping the puppies by way of a deposit for the carriers. All are fake and you will only get a lower bank balance and a broken heart from these guys. The sheriff told me this was one of the most elaborate schemes they have ever seen.

Scam Family

Was so excited to get my dream puppy only to be scammed by this family. They did everything correctly which made it seem like a legit business. They shared shared videos, provided contract and had effective communication. This morning I received an email demanding payment through zelle or Apple Pay for a change of crate for the dog. Now, I might have been gullible and paid the $840 for the puppy but I was not about to pay $1600 for no crate when that was never mentioned in the contact. After doing more research it turns out this is a scam. Filing a police report.
