We ordered 'Dementia Awareness' tank tops from their website. They sent 2 shirts that didn't even resemble the shirts ordered. Their website says full refund within 60 days - no questions. We have attempted to get a refund but they have just played stupid and no authority to refund the money. They refuse to give us the name of a manager or supervisor to take this up with. They just keep messing around & giving us nothing. It's a total scam. They give nothing to charity. The whole operation is a scam. What can we possibly do to get our money back?
