I contacted him via Craigslist, and he responded with an email (screenshot attached: Email1) requesting my email for more information. I then gave him my email and he contacted my email from his (fake) business address with a photo:

His other email is attached as a screenshot as well: Email2.
The price (and location) seemed unrealistically good, and the website seemed fake so I decided to search his photo by image on Google, after which I found another site also renting properties with the same photo (but under a different name).

In the other one he claims his name is: Richard W. Moore
I began to get more suspicious and found reviews on the original website, so decided to see if the photos he was using for the reviews were real people (it looked as though they were stock images). It turned out they were indeed stock images, attached to this as (StockImages).
WATCH OUT FOR GARRETT H. STEVENS!
