FRAUD - THEFT - HORRIBLE

I ordered 2 pair of swim trunks last week and they took $47.90 from me immediately and now there is no way to contact the company and the tracking number to 4px doesn't work and neither does the email address [email protected]. I am super upset because now I have to report this to my bank and wait for another bank card because they will close my account due to the fraudulent activity. I am sooooooooooo mad! We have no protections anymore...China just does what they want to us.

Don’t expect a return

I wished I had read the reviews on this company before ordering. I ordered 3 pair of cargo sweats. Upsized as the site recommended (XL to a XXL) and the pants arrived a month after I ordered and fit like a M or L. Now, they will not respond to return them. DO NOT order from this company.

Website offers clothes (in my case I was shopping for swim suits), which are knock offs of more expensive brands at a much lower price. I thought I did my research but turns out this online company will try an negotiate via email when you raise a complaint about items ordered. I tried several times to return the items I purchased for a full refund. They kept giving me the run around offering different discounts or sizes instead of just giving my money back. Finally when I said, I just want my money and telling them that their products were cheap knock offs of brands made here, they gave me a return address somewhere in Cambodia. It was going to cost me more to ship back the defective and poor quality knock off swim suits than they cost me to buy in first place. STAY AWAY from Gartans.com and their deceptive policies and poor quality products. I am still in process with my credit card company in dispute.
