I ordered 2 of the sand art products advertised on the Facebook Ad on Gary G***'s Facebook page. They took the money out of my credit card account and did not send a receipt or verification of purchase. I requested a receipt and got no response after many attempts. I tried reaching Gary through his Facebook page and he blocked me. I tried contacting them through the website I bought them on sylviaharris.com, and no response for weeks. The phone number shown does not work for their 24 hour customer service. I contacted Facebook dozens of times, but they seem to think I have a problem with the video, which they say does not violate any terms on Facebook. I let Facebook know many times that I have no problem with the video, but I have a problem with the Facebook ad stealing my money. No response from Facebook. I guess they are okay with fraudulent ads. I'm at a loss.
