I’m not 100% sure this is or isn’t a scam but it doesn’t seem right. A family member on Facebook who I think got hacked messaged me and when I responded they told me this amazing story. That in her words, “ I'm blessed I got sum of $100,000 from the federal grant support they are helping does who need paying their bills,buying a home,starting their own business,going to school,or even helping raise their children,it is also meant for old ,widow/widower, retired people,and disable. You don't have to pay it back, Do you know how to apply?” I thought ok sounds too good to be true. She gave me this Facebook account and when I messaged asking about Grants, it seems suspicious like an automatic response. And it was almost identical to what my family member said. Then both accounts Of my family member and the other messaged me on the same day asking about it. This Gary Johnson account asks for personal information.. and that’s when I fully believed it was a scam. I should’ve before since it’s through Facebook.
