I contacted the phone number above and it was a recording saying the Verizon number was no longer in service. Shortly after I called I received a call back from the same number. Seemed odd to me. An unknown male said he missed my call and was calling me back. I explained my situation and again was told I was trying to steal a new unit and return my old unit. Said they do thorough inspections and this never happens. This is not the case . I don’t even have an existing old unit except for the one they sent me. The conversation did not go well he offered to return the unit but again if I return the unit I sent pics of I will not be reimbursed. He then proceeded to “mock” me in regard to “How does the unit work for you.” The conversation then ended as he hung up the phone on me. I searched and cannot find anything about Gary’s warehouse. I just received the return shipping label through eBay. It is as follows.

This is not the same addressor business the unit was sent from. The image I attached was taken right after I opened the package and realized I received the opposite of what I paid for. The data plate on the unit has a mfg. date of 2017. I was hoping to be able to attach more photos and give more information in regards to this scam. The unit is not only smashed and dented. It’s clearly been used and abused. The inside is all rusted up and full of scale. There is refrigerant oil all over indicating it’s lost it’s charge. The wall plug is broken. Not in original packaging. No user manual. No remote control. The front cover is faded from white to a yellow color. Just the complete opposite from what the seller advertised. I have tried to contact eBay but am not having any luck. I even had to contact my bank and change my card and bank account numbers. Please take action. Please help. It appears that I’m not the only one who has been scammed by these people.
