This company takes photos. We received our photos, unhappy with the end result, and we’re told we were offered retakes. In order to get your photos retaken you have to pay the full payment for new photos and return the old photos so they take my initial purchase of $80 then take the photos back and require you to pay for another package. Therefore paying for 2 packages and only getting one. This scam is being reported on google and other review networks, this is unfair and unethical. They are taking advantage of parents in a school setting where we have limited control or involvement in the process. They term retake, does not imply that we will be paying a second fee and losing the initial product and payment. I paid for a product, I was unhappy with it, they took that product back but did not refund my money. They also took more money to take new photos.
