Avoid GC Waverunners or Gold Coast Waverunners
I am not someone who puts out negative reviews but I felt I had to do this following my extremely bad experience with this place. I coincide with the other reviews in that this place does NOT give any ‘after sale’ services. Once you guy from them then that is the end! They will not provide you with any after sales services as they are only interested in taking money and sell. I took my jetski for the usual maintenance and their service was appalling to say the least. Their mechanic is clueless and would simply change everything in the jetski (not repair) until the problem is gone. Once they have your jetski they won’t release it until you pay if full and we are talking thousands and thousands of dollars. Otherwise they chuck the jetski in their backyard at your own risk until you pay them in full. So basically they hold the jetski and there is no way for you to talk to them or understand what or why your bill is huge for normal maintenance job. Word of advice, go elsewhere and do not waste your money here as they are awful and clueless when it comes to service, maintenance or repairs.
