The Website Called Raise Marketplace - GCX for Gift Card Exchange Claims to be a Gift Card Marketplace. It claims to be a place where people sell discounted gift cards. Like an [censored], I purchased $2,650.44 worth of what I thought was discounted Southwest Travel Gift Cards. None of the gift card numbers worked. None of the pins worked. When I asked for a refund they gave me the run around and told me to contact the seller when there is no way to contact the seller. I asked their online chat a lot of questions but they have one of the best Artificial Intelligence Programs running their chat that I have ever seen. It is superior to any credit card or actual business Artificial Intelligence Program I have ever come across. The AI program was very polite and assured me the purchase was secure and if the gift cards didn't work then I would get a full money back guarantee. The website says 90 day full money back guarantee all over the website but when you actually go ask for a refund for gift cards that don't work (none of their gift cards work) they tell you they cannot process a refund and that I must contact the individual seller. The individual seller does not exist. I went through all this and I pray no one else goes through this. This website is a scam. I have filed a dispute against a fraudulent business with my credit card company but this website needs to get shut down. I may need to press charges because this amount of money taken without the goods and services promised is a criminal offense. This business needs to have an "F" rating not a "B" rating. There are dozens of testimonies like mine. How does this business have a "B" rating!? Also the phone number is disconnected and I'm sure the actual address of their operation is different. Their website comes up on a search engine on google for "discounted gift cards". That needs to change because their operation is a scam.
