These people were passing m themselves off as a pet grooming service who would come out to you. They requested money up front but then said they required extra money for "insurance" in case the animal bit them. When I demanded a refund, they claimed that since it was already in a "booking" account and could not tender a refund unless it was $300. Then it was $400 and then it was $500. They kept showing me a false refund site. They also had me make the payment through Friends and Family so I would get charged the $4.99 fee. I finally reported them to the website but nothing has happened. I am a senior citizen and apparently very naive
