I am writing to report fraudulent activities conducted by GDMining, a cloud mining service provider, and to raise awareness to prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive practices.

o I attempted to communicate with their customer support team multiple times, as documented in the attached chat logs. Their responses were vague and misleading.
o Despite assurances that I could withdraw my funds, they failed to honor this promise.
3. Misleading Terms and Demands:
o GDMining imposed unreasonable restrictions on the use of my funds, requiring additional deposits to "unlock" my money.
o Their system invalidated legitimate transactions and required re-submission of evidence, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
4. Chat Log Evidence:
o The attached chat logs provide clear evidence of their unprofessional and deceptive practices. Highlights include:
? On 10/8/2024, I was told that I could not withdraw my funds unless I added more money to reach $600.
? On 11/5/2024, my transaction was marked as "invalid" without valid reasoning, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were ignored.
? Their support staff stopped responding to my inquiries, effectively cutting off communication.
