Phone call comes in stating the have a compliant filed against me for a credit card. Once I inform them that I dont have a card like they describe they threaten legal action with a judgement against me. They then get hostile and threaten a credit freeze on my credit report..

GDS claiming to be from an arbittration litigation company hired by the irs said that my social security number is a case being submitted with the county clerks office and is set to have wages garnished. Number i called back was 818 626 5027
