I ordered a helmet for my motorcycle, and realized as soon as I received the helmet that I wanted to return it for a full refund because it is an unsafe, low quality helmet. The refund policy on their website only honors their China business rules, and does not provide the customer with a refund slip so that the customer could present it to the post office to have the company pay for shipping the item back. Amazon, and all the other companies provide a shipping and return label so that i would be able to have the post office scan and verify that the label covers the cost to return the merchandise. Gear Rider does not make this available to customers who purchase goods online which are mostly coming from China, then drop shipped in a u.s. location and sent to the consumer. now i cant get my money back unless i report them and your company discontinues their company until they offer return labels to their customers so they could be able to return items. They sell helmets that are unsafe to wear for riding on motorcycles, which could cause fatalities. The helmets have a DOT certification, but i doubt it's authentic, as the helmet is mostly good for cosplay, or costume.
