I placed an order with this company on November 11, 2016. I received a confirmation of my order but no tracking number. My order was paid with my Credit Card being that they didn't accept PayPal. After I never received a shipping confirmation, I tried to contact the company for a tracking number. When I e-mailed the address on my confirmation of my order and proof of payment, my e-mail sent me a security message to not contact that e-mail address again. I found this site originally on Facebook, so I went back on Facebook to find their business page. Their website had totally changed. I now had to send them a message through Messenger. After asking them what was going on with my order, they said that it had been shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, I was ignored for several days. I know that I was being ignored because you can see when your messages have been read. Finally on December 2nd, 2016, I was sent a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number it said that it was accepted in China on November 19, 2016. It has never moved since then. When I tried to contact the company again since December 5,2016. I no longer get any response. I have mentioned that I'm going to report them and I get absolutely no response at all even though it shows up that they have read my messages. I can't give you a picture of anything that I ever received because I never received anything. The funny part about it being shipped from China is that on their website it says if you have any returns to send them to Miami Gardens, Florida US.
