Email thanking me for being a “member “ and renewing my service for “security software.” I NEVER ordered any such service from them, nor was I a “member” or “subscriber”. When I called to complain they first hung up, then called me from a number with a Hawaii code and tried to get me to open my computer, which I refused to do. Later sent an email saying that a “Refund request” has been approved! But still seeking to charge me a fee.

I will report tomorrow to my credit card bank to flag them.
