Right after my computer started getting a bunch of so called ********* hack warnings I was contacted by a person saying his name was **** ***** who claimed a tech support person who could clear up what was happening for a $199.00 fee. He promised the payment would fix my computer and would be protected for a year. Not only did it not fix the computer but immediately after my bank account and credit cards started to get hacked substantially. **** ***** said he could remove the hacking and retrieve all the stolen money. To do this he talked me into buying gift cards to us the money to offset the theft. His explanation was confusing but I was desperate to get back my stolen money. I got suspicious when after buying $2,000 worth of cards he claimed he wouldn't be able to get back the hacked funds if I purchased more gift cards, I told him of my suspicions and I wasn't buying any more gift cards. He never fixed the problem. I went to my bank and eventually got my money returned on my own, every cent. I called him and said got things fixed without his help and asked that he return my $2,000. He refused but evaded an answer as to why. After I went to ****** (where in hind site).I should have gone in the first place. For $59.00 I got total protection for two years on my computer, phone and other devices. **** *****, who is really Indian, did nothing but glibly talk me out of $2,199.00 without rendering one iota of service for my money. Please look into this and try to help to get my money returned. He claims his office is in Texas but I am not sure of the city.
