I received an email with an invoice for a Geek Squad subscription that I never placed. The invoice was a renewal for a 1 year Geek-Squad subscription to take affect the same day I received it. The total amount was $320.99 (including $32.00 taxes). The phone number on the invoice was 1 (828) 316-6927. The invoice also stated to call within 24 hr grace period to amend or cancel without fees. I called, argued with the manager who I could barely understand due to his heavy dialect. He instructed me to cancel by going to the web and entering: wmhelp.top which opened to a page with the words Secure Server and a box with the words Enter Service Code that he wanted me to enter. At this point I hung up.
