Initially I received an email from a different gmail address "notifying" me that my "annual billing for service" would take place within 24 hours if I did not contact them to cancel. I did not call the number or click any of the links. I did report the email to Google as Spam. The next day I got another email, from another gmail address, telling me that I was charged today for $390.60 for automatic renewal of GS Tech-24. I am not responding to this one either and am reporting it here and to Google as Spam.
