I have received multiple e-mails from Geek Total Internet Security all under a different email address. This heading is Service Update Acknowledgement Info. It stated that my service was renewed per electronic consent. The renewal cost was for $479.99 for 12 months and if I wanted to cancel to call 1-844-223-8330 within 24 hours. I have learned that if you call, the "service" becomes threatening and abusive.
