Somehow routed to site when searching for Best Buy Geek Squad. I thought their site and number was best buys number and thought I was speaking to best buy geek squad. I gave them access to my computer. They claimed my avast software wasn't working, processed a refund for it, required me to log into my bank account to verify refund receipt. They said my bank info was encrypted. I logged in but it looked like they were viewing my info so I logged out. They said they couldn't do anything else since I wouldn't log into my bank account with the computer they had access to. It looks like they now have all my info of my bank accounts.
