I simply misstyped a website, the computer started speaking to me and told me to contact Microsoft at a number and told me not to shut down my computer or I would lose my data. I called and the man told me I was not protected and he needed to clean up my computer. He sent me a contract and I signed it out of fear. He then remoted into my computer and and installed AdBlock Plus and a script . $216.24 later I was able to use my computer.
RUN from these guys!!!! Don't learn the lesson that I did.
