I ordered ~100$ in T-shirts from geeksoutfit.com, then they failed to deliver by Dec. Could have then been an innocent mistake, but after another 1 month of pointing out they did not deliver and they still refuse to refund my money (while admitting they lost the order), I am through with them: their customer service model makes them basically scammers, and their order fulfillment is also suspect.

Name and Bank Debit Card and Home Address

Requested a refund per their website as nothing shipped and nothing received. They won’t refund me.
