"Ronnie" From Geeks Planet called saying that my boss had paid for a $200 computer cleanup and he needed to access the computer. My boss did purchase this cleanup so we let him on my managers computer. After 30 minutes my manager came back to where i was talking to my boss and said that Ronnie was asking for a steamcard trying to say that it was a program that helped with security on the computer. He said we needed to purchase it for $500 dollars and the company would reimburse us. That is not was a steam card is. I got on the phone with him and explained that thats not what a steam card is for that its like a gift card and we wouldn't be putting anything on a card and giving him the info. Me and him argued for 30 minutes about it while he was refusing to do the basic cleanup we paid for and just in general being an jerk. Me and him started arguing once i said we refused to move forward with what he wanted and he hung up. I called the number he gave which included his extension. The number 917 number which he claimed was the "security" department was not a business line but a personal number.

I DID NOT ENTER HIS EXTENSION and hung up. He called back 5 minutes later and said that i called his line and he was returning my call. i never left a voicemail or a return number. I got all of his information after he refused to transfer me to customer support or a manager. I told him we wanted to cancel services with this company and he hung up.I tried the 218 number which he claimed was customer support. It rang and a little girl answered the phone asking how it was. I tried he 1-800 number which he claimed was the main business line and it was a road side assistance automated number.
