This company told me they were connected with Dell computers and that I had a security breach that needed to be fixed. I paid $800.00 for them to access my computer and fix the problem which I stupidly did. A week later they told me their system had crashed and they would not be able to provide the services that I paid for and that the ScamPulse.com told them they needed to refund my money. I gave them my bank card number and they said they could not access it so they locked me out of my computer. They said they would not give me access back unless I went to Walmart and got a $1,000.00 gift card. I knew then it was a scam. I called the police.
