The quality and color of product advertised was different from what I received. I ordered the items on November 18, 2024 and it was delivered on December 11, 2024. I reached out to the business on December 13, 2024 for return for a refund but the business is not acknowledging the color of the items they sent and the poor quality. Communication regarding their refund process has been a failure as they failed to acknowledge the quality of their product did not meet the customer's expectation.
