Person identified as Sam was contacted on Facebook for building pergola. Through instant messaging he provided an estimate for building the structure. He came to our house and loooked at the backyard and draw diagrams of the project. He requested an initial payment of 2400 as a downpayment and for materials. Services were never rendered and the project was not completed. He was contacted many times via phone calls, text messages and email. He took the money and has not responded.
