When I looked the order up it said it had been delivered in Germany they have a option to have a live chat on their site but they immediately recommended I contact them via phone- when I shared my order they said it would cost $1 for refund & I would need to provide credit card/payment information to process refund. Justanswer.com was the chat site

Purchased 2024 calendar through an ad on instagram. Money was taken but I received no calendar. I emailed their customer service email several times and all my emails came back as "undeliverable"
