Bought a calendar from this company. It’s taken far too long to deliver and has inactive tracking information. I’ve tried every means of contacting Gelmalls but their email address is fake, their social media message is unresponsive as is their Shopify. They took my money and left me without the product I purchased. I also came to find out they steal artwork from artists on Etsy.

Bought 2 calendars $20 each from Gellmalls website. Only received 1 calendar which was poor quality. Emailed the address listed on my order and it was undeliverable. The product I received was shipped with a New Jersey return address but the tracking says it was coming from China. The website legal page says business is in England.

I ordered a calendar on December 1st. My card was charged 3 days later. It’s December 26 and I don’t have the calendar, and the tracking information doesn’t work/tell me anything about the delivery time.

I ordered a calendar through instagram on 12/11. The charge went through on my car, but I never received an order confirmation from the company. Under the 'shipping' link at the bottom of their website, it says to allow 5 business days and to contact them at that point if you haven't received tracking information. On day 5, I contacted them stating that not only had I not received tracking, but I hadn't received an initial confirmation lettering me know that they had received my order. I didn't get a reply to this email. I reached out to them again this morning and I got a return email saying that the email address was invalid.

An Instagram ad came up on my feed for a funny calendar on Dec 7 2023. I used my debit card to buy one for me and one for my friend. I got a confirmation email. Two weeks went by and there was no shipping update so I reached out on the email listed on the website. It bounced back and said the email did not exist. Another option was given to reply back to the confirmation email. I tried that and it also bounced back. I went to the website and filled out the contact form there two days ago. I haven’t received any response. I searched online for the company reviews and saw many people reported this website as a scam and they never received their order, going back all the way to April 2023
