On 9/21/18, I tried to purchase an Essential Oil special offer I found on Facebook from GemLoop.com, never received the product, wouldn't respond to emails, my bank refunded me on 10/29/18. Then a similar deal appeared, but with different company name, InfiniBeauty.com - I left Facebook to check for website presence on Google and it looked legit, so I tried again on 11/7 - still no product or response to email or refund; I did not request bank refund since I was so gullible. Now, the same ad is appearing with the company name of LucidEssential.com. I started putting comments to warn others that the company is a fraud, now I can still see the ad in my Facebook feed, but they have blocked me from being able to place comments. I'm only reporting in an attempt to stop this company from ripping off other people.
