We used the services of this company and I can say that this is a legal company that provides quality services. Employees in the office of the company made a project and helped me with this. All done qualitatively and inexpensively. There was no cheating from Genacts LLC.

Total scam

They’re very persistent but you could usually tell by their broken English that they’re not real. But I just did a little research and found this to be very helpful to spread the word. I really haven’t given them any other information that isn’t available on the Internet and I definitely don’t have any money for them to even consider taking from me. I just really think that it really sucks that in this day and time people are hurting other people and trying to take advantage of them. Please go by one rule if it seems too good to be true it usually is.

The same thing almost happened to me with Genacts. The so-called HR Manager, Susan Johnson, (first red flag being such a generic name), told me nothing about opening a bank account until I got the Acceptance letter and Authorized Agent paperwork. She was very impatient and didn't like that I was taking so long to read the paperwork and was pushing for my signature. I messaged her back and told her I was declining the position. That was this morning and I haven't heard back from her. She also doesn't reply to emails or answer questions. Her sidekick, 'Patricia Brown ' did my phone interview and definitely is not a person who would be named Patricia Brown. (Red flag #2). JUST DON'T DO IT!

A woman reached out to me and said that she received my resume from a job board and wanted to interview me. After communicating back and forth for awhile she scheduled a phone "interview", a woman called and asked me a few questions to verify my identity. We moved through with the process and I was told to communicate with her through Telegram for confidentiality reasons. Over the course of two weeks, I was told that I would be trained and paid for my time but I was asked several times to attach a "corporate account" to my bank account and she tried making several deposits into my account ( to buy cryptocurrency), none of which went through. Finally I was asked to open a new bank account at a local credit union and she wanted to have full access to it, asking for my login and password as well as any security questions that were asked of me. She accused me of being difficult any time I asked questions and got angry when I said I was uncomfortable giving out personal banking information. She refused to pay me for the two week "training" period and erased all of the correspondence between us any time I asked too many questions. This was a complete scam and waste of time, but no money was taken from me.
