In February I ordered and paid for Dial-a-Vision Glasses. Two days ago they finally arrived and due to the flimsy packaging the right lens was broken off the frame. Thus far no one seems to be concerned about this loss $29.95 plus tax.

same as others, ordered an (overpriced) item on 5-2-20, still not here on 7-3-20. Tracking shows it still in China. Pretty sure there is not really an item available, just a fraudulent "tracking" to make people think something might come.

This company indicates on their website that products are shipped from the United States. They provide a 3-4 shipment interval. When I did not received an item that I ordered on 4/29/2020, I checked my order number again and found that the tracking information that is noted on their website page (but not provided via email on the order confirmation) that the tracking number is an international tracking # (17Track). When I checked that website page, using the tracking number that was on the Genbay website for my order, it indicates that the number cannot be found in their tracking system. I have sent numerous email to Genbay and they have not responded. I have disputed the charge with my credit company and have also sent an another email to Genbay requesting a refund. No response as of the writing of this email. They are misleading in that they are saying that the product is coming from within the United States when in fact it is not!!!!

Purchased 2 thermometers 4/26/2020 from Genbay USA. They charged my credit card & provided me w/a USPS shipping label on 4/30/2020 saying it was coming from them in JAMAICA, NY. It is now May 22,2020 & still NO THERMOMETERS. The USPS shipping info is saying since 4/30 it is still sitting at an unknown address w/whoever Genbay is & was never given to the post office. Genbay USA waits a week EVERY TIME to respond to my e-mail & tell me they are going to contact the post office to get package but still have not!! Blaming postal carrier when they never gave it to the post office. They have not credited my American Express card either. Attached is showing they took my money & NEVER gave the package to a carrier.... fraudulent label generated & took NO ACTION I. Their end to ship my package.

This company appeared to have infrared scanning thermometers in stock and available for purchase, free delivery in 5-7 business days. After I purchased through them, I never received item. Tracking number provided showed item still in California at warehouse I assume. I contacted the company to complain and received a response that it was now on its way and provided me with a new tracking number. That tracking number showed item was still at warehouse. USPS shows that a tracking number was "generated" for item, but they still hadn't received it. On another update, a new tracking number was given, which USPS didn't even recognize. When I contacted them again, they claimed due to COVID-19 the shipping may take longer and to contact USPS. I decided I was done with this merry-go-round and disputed the claim to my bank.
