My bank account was debited €129 ($142) instead of $80.
The product label has an address for “Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC” with the phone number and their website www.Platinum-Support.com. I contacted the customer service and they answered with an email I can’t even understand as it is not coherent. I am willing to return the product for a full refund. They are asking me to return then I will be refunded but not fully.
They have multiple sites on Facebook but all Genbrain are the same company... There websites and products change every time... I informed Facebook that Interpole is now investigating.
