This gentleman contacted me, he was someone that I was following. He asked me if I heard of the Better Community Development Program? I told him no... he explained that he received a government grant in the amount of $250,000 and that he would walk me through the process too. He emphasized that you do not ever need to pay it back! I looked it up, reported the account to Instagram and decided to report it here also..I figured out was a scam!
